Hi I had a pay as you go rolling 30 day contract £10 and my credit car ran out so I called EE and the person on the phone confused me and has now put me on a monthly contract which if I go oversea have to pay £2 per day to use my phone in Europe the payg I had before included Europe I phoned Ee and spoke to six different people who all told me because I was in the 14 cooling off period they would revert me back to my payg plan but still it is not back can any one help me with this now I have 3 account numbers and don't know which was my old one please help from Gwynneth

Did you make it clear to CS that you are cancelling the contract within the 14-day cooling-of period & wanted the no. to be reverted to PAYG?

Yes I told them but no one is listening to me.
