Hi,
I'm after receipts for my top-ups on my data only pay as you go sim.
I've seen the previous answers to this question but when I called customer services they said it couldn't be done. The support rep was transferred from sales 2 weeks ago so i suspect he just doesn't know how.
It's been more than a year since this questions been answered so i wanted to ask again before i ring for a third time and ask to be escalated.

Could you please specify what exactly are not for self service options. So far what I have tried all ended with self service.

Anything to do with account based queries, number port etc will get you connected with our customer care team.

Just for others benefit: I managed to be connected with an advisor by selecting first option 3 then option 4.
