In late November last year, I bought a standard £10 pack (5GB, 500 mins and unl texts with an 2.5GB boost) and received much more data than I was supposed to (around 50GB too much). At the time I thought nothing of it and I haven’t been receiving rollover data since. The first few months I had waited to see if it had reset and I had forgot about it since. However now I remembered about it and have decided to finally try do something about it.

@JensA15 : Have you been buying packs over those months? You only get Rollover when you do.
What does texting ROLLOVER & AL to 150 each individually from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
