Hi, I picked up a SIM in the supermarket with the view to buying the £35 unlimited data package but I can't seem to find any way to obtain this. The £30 pack I am offered is just 100 GB. Is this because I am stuck on PAYG and I need to be on a 30 day contract?
What am I supposed to do please?

OK EE support have given me the solution now.
I need to go to the shop page, order the 30 day contract SIM and pay for it which is then posted to me. When I receive it I need to contact EE support again to get it activated with my PAYG number.
Simples. Just a bit time-consuming.

There is a £40 Unlimited Data add-on for PAYG. Text ADD DATA to 150 & see if it offers you that. You might have to buy the £30 pack 1st.

I want to use the £35 unlimited data package from the 30 day "contract" options. How do I get that from my current SIM? It only shows me the PAYG options. Unlimited add-on to PAYG makes it too expensive
Thanks

OIC! You really wanted a monthly SIM-Only contract but went out & bought a PAYG SIM.

I think that's pretty clear from my first post, but there is no indication on the 99 Pence SIM pack that it is a particular type of SIM.
Anyway, sorted now, and I can use the next week to properly test it out before the new one arrives.
