Mobile Data Top Up

Hi,

I just want to buy an Add on - for mobile data for a 30 day period. But when I choose add the following doesn't make sense:

- the pack I want (£30 for data) states duration of 0 days - this doesn't make sense

- it also says I am entering into an ongoing agreement - when I just want to buy a one off pack!

Can anyone help clarify? Not sure why it has to be so confusing, but then I am getting on a but 🙂

Are you purchasing the add-on by visiting add-on.ee.co.uk, by opening a browser when connected to the device?

I want a one off data pack for 30days, not an ongoing payment / subscription.

The pack would renew if you have credit after 30 days, you can stop this within your My EE account.

@PaulB9 : Don't buy a pack, but an add on. Either: 

1. Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data-add-ons are available.
2. Text ADD DATA to 150 & choose from what it offers. For the £20 add-on 10GB that lasts 30 days, reply 10GB ADD.
