Good evening. I have a question, I bought a new activated SIM card but I can't send an SMS to number 150

Hi @amera,

 

Sorry, new SIM cards need to be activated on the EE network in the UK before they can be used on a roaming network.

good morning. This is an electronic voucher. And I can't send an SMS to 150 or call 150, I'm not in the UK. I just received a car

 and I can't top it up with a voucher
