Free boost

I am using the £1, 7-day contract and qualified for a free boost about 5 weeks ago. I have been unable to select a boost as the option form refuses to update. Has anyone else had this problem?

When was the last time you made a chargeable action before last week's top up?

Not absolutely sure but it was a top up, probably about 2 months ago. All
details of top ups are probably in my account files.

I am growing weary of having to raise this issue. All EE have to do is fix
their website and app.

This was reported to your service dept on 13th November and a record number
INC1230337 was created. I was promised it would be fixed in 72hrs. Still
waiting!
