I have 20+ free boosts of 500mb each, on top of my 1gb pack, but I am capped at 1.3gb this month. Can someone explain this?

I texted BOOST to 150 and got this reply:
Great news. You will get an extra 50 minutes and 11.0GB every time you buy a pack. You are also 1 more pack away from being able to add another boost. For more info go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee
I renewed my pack yesterday for another month, and now the website says I have 12gb left. I guess there was a bug last month and the customer service person just lied to me about how boosts work and wasted my time for two hours

Hi @calamari_fave.
Welcome to the community.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and see why this is happening.

They said my account is capped at 1.3gb, so I can use only one 500mb boost per month, and then the boost disappears. I guess it’s 1.3gb instead of 1.5 because of inconsistent definition of mb (1024kb vs 1000kb) and rounding down?
Is this normal? I thought I would get 11+gb every month

@calamari_fave : What does texting BOOST to 150 report in full?
If those boosts were earnt on the modern PAYG packs you can't more than 6 of them @ 500MB = 3GB.
