Am fuming I’ve been waiting on call for at least 40 minutes and still no answer at all I’ve made a payment of £30 but when I text 150 it says I have £0.00 am just trying to buy data the new app is even worse than the last one you can’t navigate anything on there it’s useless may aswell not download it

@Emmanuel8  Try restarting the device then text BALANCE to 150.
