I have two sims for each of my children one I have had for a while one is new when I went to top up the new sim with a pack I found a 5 pound pack more than enough. I went to add the  same pack to my older sim and the offer was not available with the cheapest being 10 pound why is this.

They are diff generation of Packs. In fact the newest SIMs should have the £5 pack.

You don't top-up with packs but with money. Then from this credit you buy the desired pack.

How did you try to buy the packs in each case?

I may have worded it wrong.

One sim allows a 5 pound monthly payment for x minutes x data and x texts however the older sim only allowed a min 10 pound direct debit.

I want to know how I have both set to five pound each month

Hi @jpatrick,

What response to you receive if you text ALL PACKS to 150?

James

You don't pay for PAYG with DDs.
