no signal/service on ZTE Modem

Hello,

I am using EE sim that is currently at £20 Pack / 30GB+500MB, but unfortunately, there is no service/signal everytime inserted in my ZTE modem. While the sim working fine in my cellphone.

Other EE sim works fine in my ZTE modem as well as my EE sim (that does not work to my modem) works fine in other modem.

Is/are there any other thing(s) to consider with my EE sim before to use on a Modem?
