hello please can someone help me?

I've just upgraded my phone and says i can claim a free chrome book.

It says the offer ends 10th jan. I've gone on to claim it and its saying the offer has ended in november. What can i do about this as the offer is why i choose the phone i have done.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you purchased the Samsung between 23rd December 2021 and 10th January 2022, you can submit your claim for the Chromebook within 60 days of your purchase date.
