Hi all,
I ordered a new SIMO plan in November of 2021, and when I ordered it, the order page said Comes with Beats Flex on us.
FYI, the SIMO plan was £25/month for UNL data, mins and texts.
Not sure who to contact with regards to this. I’m not particularly bothered about it either (hence the community post and not a phone call), they’d just be a nice-to-have, and in no way a must-have.

If these were not received then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
