Upgrade

Won’t allow me to upgrade online shows me all the latest handsets but it keeps saying no plans suitable right now no matter what device I clicks on

I'm sorry to hear that. I'd recommend either speaking with our Mobile Care team or popping into your nearest EE store so they can check the plans manually for you.
