Hello I just got my new iPhone 14 with an Apple Watch. However I’m having a difficultly pairing it with my iPhone. It tell me my Apple Watch need iOS update.

Thanks for coming here. 

Do you have the option to update the watch? 

Can you try pressing and holding the Digital Crown while your Apple Watch is in pairing mode, then select Reset when it appears on your watch, does this work for you?
