Afternoon all

I am looking to add the Sony 50" TV onto my account. When you search ee Christmas deals 2022 and scroll down to ee Customer Christmas Exclusives it's shown as NO upfront fees but as soon as you have logged in this dissappears and they want £30 upfront. 

I have been on the phone to an advisor and they cannot honour it as it's an 'online only offer' so I went on to talk to someone through the app and they are saying they don't know what to do. 

HELP LOL

It's almost £200 cheaper at nearly every online retailer I've looked at. Hopefully EE made a mistake with the price!

Will someone get back to me when they know what's happening?

I'm still wanting to order it.
