@Katie_B While they might be able to help is it really the best cause of action ? Taking the time up of a EE CS agent who could at that time actually be helping someone with a more serious issue.

Hi @Chris_B.

If the customer is unable to locate any paper work which states this but needs to know their previous phone for some reason, this would be the next step to take.

Or if the customer does not wish to give us a call, they can visit their local EE Store.
