SIM-only is, by definition, an airtime-only plan where you purchase & supply your chosen phone yourself. You can do one of twi things..
1: Upgrade from your SIM-only to a phone-plan.
2: Purchase a SIM-free phone yourself, and use it with your existing SIM. EE sell them at https://ee.co.uk/mobile/sim-free along with multiple other retailers.
