Help: Phone lost while abroad

Hello,

 

I have lost my phone abroad , how do I connect with someone at EE to register this ?

 

The only way I have of communicating is through this old iPad

I'm sorry to hear about what has happened to your phone. A friend or family member can get in touch with us to let us know your phone is missing, so that the line is blocked and to prevent any additional charges.

Once you're home we can then look into your options for a replacement SIM.

@Chameleon1 : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
