An EE agent has applied a £44 bill credit to cover a 45W charger for my new Galaxy Book6 Ultra 16 inch. This is an error because the phone team is looking at a typo on the EE website. The Ultra laptop requires a 140W brick (£109 from Samsung) to run its Nvidia graphics card. A 45W plug will not charge the machine under load. Can a forum manager please step in, look at the manufacturer specs, and apply the remaining £65 credit so I can purchase the correct block?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Not good enought, the reason I posted this here is because I did not get any good answer about the subject with the phone customer service
I hope to get the attention in here of the right person, or team as it feels like you do this just to not give a direct technical answer.

Hi @Luis978.
Thanks for coming back to the community.
I appreciate you've already spoken to someone about this and would like the matter looked into further.
We don't have access to customer accounts here on the community, so we're unable to assist with account-specific queries. As this relates to the credit applied and the specification of the charger supplied with your device, this would need to be reviewed by our customer support team.
If you prefer, you can also raise a formal complaint using our Make a Complaint page. A dedicated team will look into it and contact you directly to discuss the issue.
For more details, please see our EE Complaints Code of Practice page.
