Repair tracker not going further that expecting your phone tried to contact shop phone keeps cutting off

Sent phone to shop on 23rd October finally went to the shop yesterday and asked in person apparently DPD signed to say they'd collected it but was still in the shop and was not collected now have to wait again 😞
