My order should have arrived today. It says in the website it’s in stock. I haven’t received an tracking number just a confirmation email with an order number starting with ‘xko’. It’s an upgrade for my current phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
