iPhone 11 order

I order the IPhone 11 on 26th August and have only had an email to confirm my order but no further updates. When using the online tracker it says they can't show me anything.

Which iPhone 11 model size and colour did you order? 

Was this an upgrade or new contract?

It was 128GB in purple. It was a new contract added onto the one I previously have.
