I had a upgrade today and they sent the wrong device I don’t want it .

If wrong device as been sent then I would suggest ringing CS on 150 and sending it back.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the device you wanted. I would definitely recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check what's happened and order the correct device for you.
