I am trying to di an upgrade online as I have a Perk discount code but it keeps saying there are no plans available. My upgrade is due as my old one has now ended. Why is this?

It will work on Sunday I was told via tech help that mine will work on Monday as my 30 days is due then not sure why though as previously I could view my upgrades

Fingers crossed it works for us Treble, as I'm really hoping to snag the pixel 7 pre order bonus!

Still not working online and still being left on hold for ages. Absolutely gutted.
