I am trying to di an upgrade online as I have a Perk discount code but it keeps saying there are no plans available. My upgrade is due as my old one has now ended. Why is this?

Having the exact same issue, was fine a few weeks ago when I was looking to get an estimate prior to my actual upgrade date (which is this Sunday).

Still won't work for me. Want to pre-order the new pixel 7 Pro to get the bonus, but won't let me even browse the phones online. Think I might cancel and go with a better service.

After spending ages on hold I gave up. On Sunday, when my upgrade is due, I will try again and if I can't pre-order the phone I want, or get a better deal, I'll be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere. I've already browsed online for similar deals (considering other websites actually work). I've been with EE for 6 years now and have never had any issues upgrading online before.
