Ordered an upgrade on 30th Dec, no updates online and still not recieved? I get new year in-between but should be at least on it's way? I ordered an s24 ultra in titanium

Hi @jr081 It's great to hear that you've ordered a new phone, great choice going for the Samsung S24.

Although I can't give you specific update as we don't have access to customer accounts, I can check on the stock level for you.

What memory size did you go for?

It was in stock and says its been dispatched, I've just heard zero and it's now been a week, I understand new year in-between but have had thing I ordered after this

I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can get this looked into for you, If you have your XKO reference handy, they can run a check with that.
