Hi i would like to know how long people have waited for there upgrade phone when orderd online to be delivered plus can you change it to pick up from store

Delivery depends on stock levels at the time of ordering.
You will be notified on what the estimated time for delivery is when you are selecting your device.
Store collection is also an option.

So last qustion is it says im able to upgrade on the 8/3/2023 once ive been though the process of picking phone then going though payment part does it mean ive been accepted for it once i pay the upfront fee or will i get a message saying not accepted and money refunded or does it go into a credit check once you do card payment or just before

You could still be contacted to say that there's a problem with the order and to speak to our customer service team. If that's the case, call them on the number and they'll run through the options.

Yes have driving licence how long is the waiting time from when u order that u can collect from the store

It depends what device you order and if it's in stock, @Dannysoph78.
If it's in stock, it's usually the next working day.
