My contract is up and want a 12 month sim only deal but when I select new sim only deal it is offering me a multi sim and also not offering me an upgrade

Welcome to the community,

Are you clicking on upgrade? It sounds like it is offering you an additional line, as you do not need a new SIM card. If you are having problems upgrading, you may want to contact customer service to see what they can offer, as contracts do not end, just the minimum term.

Basically all I want to do is get a sim only contract, my contract was up on 27/9/22. Ee tell me I can do this all online but not working

Are you selecting the upgrade option rather than an additional line?

 

If you're unable to do this online, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.
