Yesterday I upgraded online in the live chat via the app with an EE representative. I paid the upfront fee and was told the handset would arrive today. I have no tracking number and I gave my sister my current phone so cant access the app now. Has this happened to anyone else? Will the phone arrive today?

@kelz_21   You need your old device you’ll received a text from DPD about your delivery time slot on the day of delivery.     

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ugh, I am in exactly the same boat! But I've still got my old phone, unable to track anything though as no order number received.... Very annoying and mysteriously, I can not get through to them on the live chat! 

I was told it was today and have been in all day. So presumably it is not today. Annoying! Thank you for your reply....

@kelz_21 , @jessielouise994 , both of you need to download the DPD app and register with the same details as you have with EE, you will receive a notification the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. 

Which phone, what colour and storage size did you order? One of the community staff may be able to give you an idea of delivery, otherwise you will have to ring customer service to find out any more information. @kelz_21 , you should have waited until you receive your new phone before giving it to your sister, always best to wait, and personally always find best to keep one in reserve, in case anything happens, in my opinion.
