Hi. I have place an order for an S22 as an upgrade to my package, I receieved the order confirmation, but I have never receieved any updates on it. This was on month ago. Can someone help please? xkoxxxxxxxxx

S22, 256GB, pink gold... and still nothing back form EE. Would you be able to help with an update or advise if possible to live chat with someone from the team re this please? Staying in the queue to talk to someone over the phone is not a viable option for me right now.

Hi @mirelap,

The current delivery guidance for that model is dispatch within 14 days. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order.

Any idea when the stock arrives please? I placed the order in July... I need a ETA to know if I keep the order or cancel and go with another model/ look into other options/suppliers.
