Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help me. I am due an upgrade and everytime I go online and choose a phone! It says sorry there are no suitable plans available.
i am able to view all plans when I’m not logged in though! I also can’t speak to anyone online because the chat doesn’t become available. And I can call because my speaker is bust on my phone 😅 hence why I really need this upgrade 🤣 please can someone help with what I’m doing wrong 🤞🏽

That link isn’t helpful. It just takes me to the screen where I need to phone but my speaker is broke so I can’t. I need the live chat option so I can do it over that
