Unable to track an upgrade ordered on the 1st of May

I ordered an upgrade on Monday the 1st of May. I'm aware this was a bank holiday, however its now Friday and I'm still unable to track the order. 

I called Customer Services yesterday (Thursday) to check the order went through ok and I was told it has and it's ready to go, its just waiting to be collected. Now its Friday afternoon, I'm assuming as the tracking still doesn't work it still hasn't been collected to be delivered.

I wouldn't normally be in such a rush but my eldest is waiting to get hold of the current handset and the switch we ordered arrived less than 24hours after the purchase (which was amazing!) 

Has anyone else has this issue? It's becoming a little frustrating

Could you please confirm what phone you ordered?

If you could also provide me with the colour and memory size that would be super helpful.

It was the S23 ultra nearly new in phantom black. 256gb

I've checked and that device is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day. I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check the order for you.
