Hi, I got a trade in deal when I pre ordered my IPhone 14 pro max. It’s now been 7 working days since I last contacted and I’ve still not received my trade in bag to send off my old phone, who should I contact to get the trade In bag as it said I have 2 weeks from when I received my new phone to trade in my other phone.
