I ordered a pay monthly sim on line 4 days ago. Not even been despatch. Has anyone else had to wait long for theirs?

If you don't receive this on Monday, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can sort a new one for you.

@sarahelizabeth1  How do you know it’s not been posted to you ?   Sims are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class so you have no tracking information or confirmation or posting. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've never had notification it has or message. When I log on my account there is nothing. It does say add number to account... is this only when I receive it? I'm new to EE.
