How do I return a phone my son doesn’t like the upgrade he picked

@Debbie821  If this was a online or phone sale you need to call customer services and till then you don’t want it. You’ll be sent a returns pack.  Once EE have process that return his account will change back to his original tariff you will then be able to upgrade again. 

if this was a store sale then unfortunately you do not have a cooling off period and you not return the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you purchased the phone online or over the phone, you have 14 days from receiving the device to let us know you would like to return this.
