i placed a order for a mobile contact & money was taking from my bank but i have had no updates or correspondence since order was placed

The phone is showing as being in stock and usually dispatched within 1 day.
Generally you wouldn't hear anything until the phone is with DPD where you'd get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when to expect it.
Unless you paid extra for a weekend delivery, it would usually be Monday to Friday deliveries so it it isn't unusual to have not heard anything else yet.
If you received a confirmation email when placing the order, I'd recommend waiting until Monday before giving us a call, but if there was not confirmation email received, and it is not in a junk or spam folder, I'd give our team a call today so they can make sure the order is going through.

If you give us a bit more information about the order, we can check the stock to see if there are any delays while we are waiting for stock to arrive, and if not, what steps to take next.
Which model of phone, including colour and storage size, have you ordered?
When was the order placed?
