Regarding my order Delivery

Hello, I've Ordered a phone last Monday morning and they said it'll be delivered by Tuesday morning but I still haven't received it. I haven't even received an email or a text with a tracking number to be able to track it. Could you please help me with this.

I have a similar situation. I upgraded my plan with a new phone on Saturday and the guy on the phone was great, checked which colour was on stock, I have receieved the order confirmation email via email, a text how to switch data from old to new phone, and in the order confirmation email it says usually dispatched within 1 business day.

Now it's Thursday and I haven't recieved the phone, no update, nothing from DPD. When I try order tracking on the website it just says that sorry they can't show any update at the moment, look out for texts and emails.

I am going to go away for 2 weeks soon, so need to get the phone before I leave, but not sure what to do?

Originally the black one but it wasn't in stock so ordered the lavender colour which the customer service guy confirmed, is in stock.
