Reference number.

Hi. I recently received my new phone, which I ordered through the EE app. However I don't have a reference number. I've checked the email  acknowledgement and it wasn't on there either. How can I get this reference number?

I need the reference number for the purchase of my phone. The reason being, that I cannot claim my free ear buds from Google without it.  I didn't get a receipt or ref because I ordered through the EE app .

Not sure what reference number you are asking about. If you have received your new phone and have the SIM card, have you put the SIM card in? If you are not a new customer and have the SIM card from your previous phone, have you put that in?

Just wondering what you need the reference number for?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I've already looked at help, it didn't help. I already have the app . I'm getting nowhere with this.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You should be able to find all of the information you need for your claim on the delivery note that came with your phone.

If you no longer have it, please get in touch with Customer Care to request a replacement proof of purchase.

They'll be happy to help.
