Pre ordered i phone 14 pro max

I pre ordered it on the 17th of September I paid 50 upfront and 100 upgrade fee and I’ve been in contact with EE about my order not being dispatched they keep contradicting themselves all the time, then I got told yesterday that he would cancel my order and reorder it in the same chat, and it would come in two days but then I would have to pay the 150 again then again today I asked if they had the phone in stock and they said they do then further in the conversation she said that the I phone 14 5g 128gb pro max is less in stock after confirming that they have it in stock.
