I upgraded my contract on Tuesday which was the 1st nov 2022 I have recieved and order confirmation but I have not received any texts or emails from ee or. Dpd about my delivery and I can’t track my order either to even see if it has been dispatched please help.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
It’s an iPhone 14 pro max it’s space black and it’s the 128GB one.

its expect dispatch within 28 days.  So you’ll have to wait awhile longer before you get any notification about a pending delivery.

This model is expected to be dispatched within 28 days.

The 1TB model is expected in one day, not the 128GB.
