I ordered a new phone on the 16th of November, it said the dispatch should be within a day and that i'll have tracking information through DPD. However, I've not received a DPD confirmation or tracking information and the ee tracking id doesn't work instead it gives an error message. Now, there's no other way to track the delivery.

@amayagrace What device? Colour? Storage size ? You only get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.
