I am currently on a sim only plan, I want to get 2 iPhone 14 Pro Max's. If I upgrade my sim only to this, when will I get charged the upfront cost? Also, when will I get charged the upfront cost for the additional line? I don't want to be charged the higher amount, before the phone actually arrives, which could be a while away. Also, I don't want to pay extra for an additional line, without the phone. So when will my bill increase? Sorry, I've tried to explain this as best as I can. Please could someone tell me how this process works? Thanks.
