Ordered a switch

I ordered a switch over the phone and was told I would receive an email from Dpd, but I haven’t received any emails, no confirmation from ee, nothing, any advice?

When did you place your order?

If you have no confirmation email I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team to get the tracking information.
