Hi, very good afternoon, I bought a mobile phone online on the EE website this on August 13th and there was no cell phone signal at all

You'll have to get in touch with customer services to help resolve this. This is a public forum populated by EE users like yourself who have no access to EE's account systems.
For what it's worth, if you bought online then as far as I know there's a mandatory 14-day cooling off period during which you can return the phone and cancel the contract. But like I said, you'll have to get in touch with customer services. The number to call from a land line is 0800 0798586 if you have an EE land line, 0800 9566000 if you have a different land line provider.
