I placed an order for a sim only. I have had an email to say it’s on its way with my order number but haven’t heard anything since. I don’t have a tracking number to chase this up with the people delivering it. Getting worried as my current contract runs out in two days and was hoping to have it by now.

@Brook121  Was this an upgrade?   If it was you don’t need a new sim as it’s only an account change.   Check your EE account to see if your new tariff has started.     If you are already an EE customer and you just ordered a new sim and not an upgrade your current tariff doesn’t just end until you give notice to terminate it will continue on a 30 day rolling contract until you call to terminate.   SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class as standard so you can not track it even if you wanted too.

The SIM will be delivered within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail and won't have any tracking details, as this will be posted.
