I ordered a eSIM a week ago I have an email to say my order was successful.
ee have cut my old contract off so I have no way of ringing ee and I don’t have a EE shop nearby and I am unable to use another phone to contact them.
when I try and put my order reference in to track my order it doesn’t work.
I need to speak to someone, can anyone help me with how I speak to someone?
I can chat via WhatsApp but that is it.

Welcome to the community.
If you are already with EE, and moving to an eSIM, you'd normally be able to download this within the EE app.
If you login to the app, are you able to download the eSIM or see that your new plan is showing?
If you can't, it would need a call to our customer service guides from another phone, even if it belongs to a friend or family member so they can access your account and look into this further for you.
