Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

Placed an order in mid September to upgrade my current phone to the new iPhone 17. After 3 weeks went by I called EE to check where it was up too only to be told that they never actually placed my order on the system. On the 16th of November I then reordered the phone and to this date I have still not received it. After multiple calls to check the whereabouts, I keep getting told it will be coming the following week. When the following week arrives, I get told again it will be another week. I think the service and overall experience has been pretty unacceptable.

Who do I contact to obtain a DPD tracking number for iPhone 17 Ordered on 29th October EE states despatched but no DPD reference number..how long between despatched & delivery??

16th November??? We are only the beginning of November, these phones are very popular, so there is a wait for you to receive yours, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis.

What colour size did you order?:

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number, which you will have to show the driver before receiving your device.

No this order was on the 14th September but a member of your team didn’t
complete the order so I rang up and you did the order again and I have been
told each week it will be sent out now you’re saying next week again very
poor service

@Ethank2 , this is a public forum and I, like many of us here, are customers like you, we have no idea and no account access, we are here to try and help people, and I can say that others are also waiting for their orders to be dispatched as it is down to how many Apple send out devices as to when customers will receive them, as they are very popular.

If you write the colour and storage size, one of the community staff can let you know roughly when you are likely to receive it, as they also cannot access customer accounts.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, stock guidance while placing the order mid-October (all orders between 1st October and 27th October) was - "Available to order -Expect despatch in more than 28 days from point of order"
which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.

In the mean time I'd recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
