Order tracking

I placed an online order but when I try to track my order and put the order number details in I get a message saying “sorry we can’t track your order details right now”

this is an iPhone 13 Pro Max requested delivery to my local store

the phone is an additional line and it is showing on my mobile app as a charged line

any ideas why I can’t track the order?

@Chris19732  You are not the recipient of the device the store is.  You’ll not get tracking information and the store will contact you when it’s there for collection 

and of cause the phone has a charge it’s a 2nd line on your account it does share your contact allowances.   It’s a contract on its own with its own allowances it’s only on your account. You’ll receive a discount as it’s a 2nd line on your account 10 to 20% and all bills will be paid from your current payment method.
