Order ref number

Ive Upgraded my I watch to the new rose gold series 11 watch iv had a confirmation email but no order reference. Also I can’t find my old I watch to receive delivery details to that number will the delivery details come through to my email as well or is there a way to switch the number to my phone number on the same account to get the msgs to my phone instead?
